By placing an order or pre-order on buytac.com, you agree to the terms set out below.<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing &amp; Availability<\/h2>\n<p>We make every effort to honor the price listed at the time of purchase or pre-order. That said, factors outside our control\u2014including tariffs, import and freight costs, and manufacturer price adjustments\u2014may cause pricing or availability to change without prior notice.<\/p>\n<p>In the case of a pricing error, Northtac reserves the right to cancel or decline any order. If this happens, we will notify you and your payment will not be charged.<\/p>\n<h2>Sales Policy<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>All airgun and ammunition sales are final.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>You must be <strong>18 years or older<\/strong> to purchase products on this site.<\/li>\n<li>You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase and possession of airguns, optics, and accessories complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Shipping Restrictions<\/h2>\n<p>Northtac reserves the right to refuse shipment to any location where a product may be restricted. Orders that we suspect are intended for export outside the United States may be canceled.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Restricted locations for airguns:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>States:<\/strong> Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and the District of Columbia<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Cities:<\/strong> All boroughs of New York City<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>International Orders<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We <strong>do not<\/strong> ship airguns or optics internationally.<\/li>\n<li>Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the laws of their own country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong> If a shipment is seized or confiscated by customs, Northtac is not responsible and will not reimburse the cost of the product or shipping.<\/p>\n<h2>Order Cancellation &amp; Restocking<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Cancellations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<strong>Before fulfillment begins:<\/strong> Orders canceled before processing are eligible for a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>After fulfillment has started:<\/strong> A cancellation fee of up to 20% may apply.<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>After shipment:<\/strong> The order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process, if eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pre-Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they become available.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Returns &amp; Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Final-Sale Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Airguns and ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligible Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Unused and in original condition<\/li>\n<li>Include all original packaging and accessories<\/li>\n<li>Requested within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Used or damaged items<\/li>\n<li>Modified products<\/li>\n<li>Air tanks, compressors, and pressurized systems<\/li>\n<li>Custom or clearance items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Return Process<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Contact <a href=\"mailto:support@buytac.com\">support@buytac.com<\/a>\n<\/li>\n<li>Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number<\/li>\n<li>Ship the item back with tracking<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
